One of their most popular blend. Linden flower, biodynamic apple, chamomile and elderflower blended together to create a comforting, subtle brew to assist with what we need most– a good nights rest. Consume one hour prior to bed allowing 10 or more minutes steeping time to best impart the flavour and fuction. The outer cello bag and pyramid are made from biodegradeable food grade material.
