Herbs in this blend, including cardamom, cinnamon and ginger, have traditionally been used to support healthy digestive function, aid detoxification and improve circulation. Naturally caffeine free, this is a warming, invigorating and grounding chai, which can be enjoyed anytime of the day. This blend is caffeine free.

Fair Trade Dandelion Root, Fair Trade Chicory Root, Cinnamon, Fair Trade Ginger, Star Anise, Fair Trade Cloves, Cardomom, Fair Trade Black Pepper, Fair Trade White Pepper
Brewing
Add 2 teaspoons of tea and half a cup of water to a saucepan, and bring to boil. Simmer for up to 5 minutes. Add half a cup of milk and heat to desired temperature. Strain and sweeten to taste.
