Description
Based between the pristine Fleurieu Peninsula and the Adelaide Hills of South Australia, B.-d. Farm Paris Creek is one of Australia’s finest producers of dairy products in the country. Its green meadows with flourishing herbs and flowers have provided the perfect environment for the bio-dynamic farm founded by Ulli and Helmut Spranz, who migrated to Australia from Germany in 1987, who have introduced various innovations, state of the art production facilties and sustainability measures since their opening.
Farming bio-dynamically since their beginnings, they manage the soil, plants and animals holistically, with the aim of functioning as a self-sufficient system that builds and maintains soil fertility through farm produced composts.
This product is certified organic by ACO.
