Description
Offaly Good’s Vegan Mushroom and Rosemary Pâté use shiitake mushrooms grown in NSW, who use a traditional log growing process, rather than soil and manure, which has been used by the Japanese for hundreds of years. It’s a very involved process, which includes harvesting the logs, drying the bark, waxing and soaking them, among other stages. This is a beautifully rich and deep-flavoured pâté that is delicious simply spread on fresh or toasted bread, or as an accompaniment to a charcuterie or salumi board.
