Bu Deli is made from coconut oil, beautiful organic olive oil, cultured coconut cream, organic soy milk, local macadamias, Tasmanian salt, coconut oil. It has a rounded creaminess and provides all the buttery satisfaction you want in your butter.
It performs very well in baking, we make amazing croissant, brioche, babka, biscuits, etc and most importantly it is not heated oils.
