Description
Garam masala is a popular ingredient used in curries, soups, rice dishes and other savoury application. It is traditionally sprikled as a garnish over finished dishes to give characteristic, authentic flavour and aroma. Garam masala may be used to ‘spice up’ vegetable dishes, it even works remarkably well as an inclusion in bakery applications, such as breads, cakes, biscuits and maffins. It is also believed to have anti-inflammatory properties.
This garam masala comes directly from the rich, fertile mountain regions of Northern India and is sourced from hill tribe traditional farmers. These farmers practice only organic, sustainable farming methods.
