Our 70% Dark Chocolate Bar is a rich dark chocolate, stoneground for 48 hours in our Torquay factory, combining organic Peruvian cacao and coconut blossom sugar. That’s it! Our minimal processing helps retain and bring out the beautiful flavour complexity of cacao and it’s incredible antioxidant profile. There are 5-10 times more antioxidants in cacao than blueberries! Tasting notes: rum, raisin, lime, winey and with a hint of cinnamon. Featuring:
