Description
The tomatoes, hand-picked and sun-dried according to Apulian tradition, are preserved in the company’s own Peranzana EVO oil, an excellent oil that can be used as a condiment for bread or bruschetta, thus avoiding any waste.
Organic dried tomatoes (58%), organic extra virgin olive oil (36%), organic wine vinegar, organic basil, and salt. Antioxidant: ascorbic acid.
