Ingredients: Organic Tofu, Organic Carrots, Organic Brown Rice, Organic Celery, Organic Garlic, Organic Tamari, Organic Safflower Oil, Salt, Organic Sesame Seeds, Organic Sunflower Seeds, Spices.
May contain peanuts.
A tofu and veggie patty, delicious and easy to prepare.
Cook on a non-stick frying-pan, on the BBQ or under the grill, with a thin coating of olive oil, at medium-low heat to allow the centre to cook slowly for approximately 5 minutes. When browned, flipe over and cook for the same amount of time.
Deep fry from frozen with vegetable oil for approximately 2 minutes.
For a healthy alternative bake at 180degrees Celcius for 10-12 minutes (Turn once).
Serving Suggestions:
Best served on a toasted sesame seedbread roll wih layers of crisp lettuce, fresh tomatoes, and vegetable creations Tomato Chutney or Tomato Kasndi.
Or simply serve with vegeteable creations Tomato Cutney or Tomato Kasundi accompanied with a fresh salad or curried vegetables.
