The live acidophilus and bifidus present in Healthybake’s sourdough breads not only work as a natural preservative but also aid digestion. This bread is vegan friendly, yeast free and soy free. Ingredients Certified Organic Wholemeal Rye Flour, Filtered Water, Olive Oil, Sea Salt, Sourdough Culture (Contains Acidophilus & Bifidus).
