Description
Barambah Organics Low Fat Natural Yoghurt has 1% fat, yet still has taste.
Barambah Organics’ yoghurts are set in their tubs, to which five live cultures are added: acidophilus, bifidus, casei, thermophilus and bulgaricus. There are no gelatines, no artificial colouring, no preservatives or artificial flavours added.
Barambah Organics began in 2002 after Ian Campbell converted his fourth-generation family farm, Spring Creek in 1999 to organic status with Australian Certified Organic. The family has been farming at Spring Creek since 1912. The farming operation moved to the Goondiwindi region on the Dumaresq River System in 2006 in order to secure access to reliable water, and the cows are now thriving in this location. Under the watchful eye of Ian, an expert cattle and human nutritionist, their cows graze on some of the richest pastures in Australia and have access to clean, fresh water from the Dumaresq River and McIntyre Brook. The cows feed on predominantly grasses and legumes, supplemented with grains and minerals at milking times.
