Description
Barambah Organics’ creamy feta in a full flavoured marinade uses high quality certified organic sunflower and olive oil with mixed herbs. Reuse the oils for cooking, or mix with a little lemon juice or white wine vinegar for a simple, delicious vinaigrette. Barambah Organics began in 2002 after Ian Campbell converted his fourth-generation family farm, Spring Creek in 1999 to organic status with Australian Certified Organic. The family has been farming at Spring Creek since 1912. The farming operation moved to the Goondiwindi region on the Dumaresq River System in 2006 in order to secure access to reliable water, and the cows are now thriving in this location. Under the watchful eye of Ian, an expert cattle and human nutritionist, their cows graze on some of the richest pastures in Australia and have access to clean, fresh water from the Dumaresq River and McIntyre Brook. The cows feed on predominantly grasses and legumes, supplemented with grains and minerals at milking times. This product is certified organic by ACO. Goondiwindi region, South East Queensland. 1315km from Melbourne.
